Here is an example of an aligned goal:

• Org Goal: We will improve our student reading scores by 10% with focused intervention.

• Tech Goal: We will search out and embrace tech tools that empower intervention
• Tech Goal: We will create a custom database to track reading scores with dashboarding tools for educators

And another one:

• Org Goal: Enable Student mobility on school sites to encourage project based learning.

• Tech Goal: We will replace aging Wireless AP’s with equipment funded by e-Rate.
• Tech Goal: We will purchase low end laptops for class use and embrace Chromebooks when applicable.
• Tech Goal: We will enable seamless wireless mobility between all areas of our campuses.
