  • A agreed upon Vision for the Future
  • Goals to achieve, Short Term and Long Term
  • Action Plans to Achieve your Objectives with Due Dates

Some final thoughts:

  • Remember that strategic planning is an ongoing activity
  • Don’t be afraid to change course at any time
  • Look at inside and outside influences that may change your perspectives

Having a written Strategic Plan is the starting point for making tech advances.  It launches your work efforts and keeps the ball moving.
